Getting Started with Tasks

The task management system helps you organize and track all your renovation activities:

Creating Tasks

  1. Click the "+ Add Task" button in the task view
  2. Fill in the task details:
    • Title: Clear, descriptive name for the task
    • Description: Detailed explanation of what needs to be done
    • Due Date: When the task needs to be completed
    • Project: Which renovation project this task belongs to
    • Priority: Low, Medium, or High importance
    • Tags: Optional labels to categorize tasks
  3. Optionally mark as milestone for significant project points
  4. Assign to team members if needed
  5. Click "Save" to create the task

Task Views

Choose from different ways to view your tasks:

  • List View: Traditional list format showing all task details
  • Kanban Board: Drag-and-drop cards organized by status
  • Calendar View: Tasks displayed on a calendar by due date
