Setting Up Your Timeline
When you create a project, you'll set the start and end dates. After that:
- Go to the Timeline tab in your project
- Create phases for your project (demolition, construction, finishing, etc.)
- Add tasks within each phase
- Set dependencies between tasks when necessary

Switch between different timeline views based on your needs:
- Gantt Chart: Visual representation of your schedule
- Calendar: Month-by-month view of your project
- List: Chronological list of all tasks
- Board: Kanban-style organization of tasks

If your project experiences delays:
- Update the affected task with a new completion date
- Use the "Adjust Timeline" feature to automatically update dependent tasks
- Add notes explaining the delay for your records
- Set notifications for team members and contractors

Generate timeline reports to track progress:
- Progress Report: Overall completion percentage
- Delay Report: Areas where you're behind schedule
- Forecast: Projected completion based on current progress
- Milestone Report: Status of key project milestones
